Stockholm, Sweden, January 19, 2017 —KORG today announced a partnership with Allihoopa, the social network for making music. The partnership will result in the release of KORG Gadget for Mac and iOS with support for Allihoopa’s social network, which will enable KORG Gadget users to “drop” music they’ve created to the Allihoopa network for easy sharing and collaboration with anyone else on Allihoopa.
“We see the Allihoopa network as the place music collaborators of all ilks will meet up,” says Hironori Fukuda, Manager at KORG. “With just a tap, KORG Gadget users can be collaborating with the tons of vocalists, guitar players, rappers, producers and creative souls that make up the Allihoopa community.”
KORG Gadget* with Allihoopa support will be available in February 2017. The “Drop to Allihoopa” function will also be available in the newly released KORG Gadget for Mac directly from the menu bar. Allihoopa users can build on those Gadget tracks by opening them directly into their app of choice such as Allihoopa Take or Propellerhead Reason. * KORG Gadget Le for iOS is also planned to support Allihoopa.

KORG joins Allihoopa’s Figure and Take apps and Propellerhead Reason software as the first applications supporting Allihoopa’s social network. Allihoopa offers software toolkits for third-party developers to integrate directly into their applications and services into is platform.
